Your team is losing tickets to email, chat, and memory.

Entiks turns scattered requests into structured, owned, and traceable tickets — with SLA enforcement, AI-powered alerts, and one workspace your whole team can see.

Sound familiar?

The questions your team asks every week.

Did anyone answer this customer? It's been two days.

Customer Support Lead

Who owns this? It's been open for three days with no update.

IT Manager

We missed the SLA. No one told me it was expiring.

Operations Director

Can someone just tell me the current status of this issue?

Project Manager

I only found out we breached when the client called to complain.

Service Desk Lead

Every Monday I rebuild the same status spreadsheet from scratch.

Real situations

Which situation is yours?

Customer Support Inbox

Customer emails scatter across personal inboxes. Nobody knows if a request was answered. SLAs are missed silently.

Every email becomes a structured ticket with an owner, SLA clock, and full status. Nothing falls through.

IT / Internal Helpdesk

Staff report issues via email, Slack, or phone. IT loses visibility. The manager has to manually ask what's still open.

One shared queue. Clear assignments. SLA tracking per priority. Managers see the full picture without chasing anyone.

Manufacturing & Operations

Quality, maintenance, and purchasing teams coordinate in Excel and emails. Issues lack owners, history, and accountability.

A shared ticket board with owners, timestamps, and a full comment trail. Every issue tracked from open to closed.

SLA Risk Prevention

The team only notices a problem when the customer is already angry. By then it is too late to recover gracefully.

The AI Ticket Assistant alerts managers before deadlines are missed — so the team can act, not apologise.

How it works

From scattered request to resolved ticket — in one place.

01

A request arrives

A customer emails your support address. A colleague fires a Teams message. A warehouse worker calls the helpdesk. Without a system, this disappears into someone's inbox — and stays there.

With Entiks, every email to your project address becomes a ticket automatically. Sender, subject, body, and attachments all parsed. No copy-pasting. No missed requests.

02

Entiks creates a structured ticket

The ticket appears with the requester pre-filled, the subject as the title, and the full email body as the description. Attachments are preserved. It lands in the Opened column, ready for triage.

If it is a reply to an existing thread, Entiks adds a comment to the open ticket instead of creating a duplicate. No noise. No manual merge.

03

The team assigns owner, priority, and SLA

A team member picks it up: assigns an agent, sets priority (Low · Normal · High · Critical), and optionally adds watchers. The SLA clock starts the moment triage is complete.

Priority drives the SLA deadline automatically. A Critical ticket may require a first response within 1 hour; a Normal ticket gets longer. The team sees this on the ticket — not buried in a spreadsheet.

04

Work happens in one place

Comments, file attachments, status changes, and checklist items all live on the ticket. The assignee drags it through the Kanban board. Watchers are notified at every step.

When someone asks 'what's the status?' — the answer is one link away. The full audit trail — who said what, when, what changed — is visible to everyone with access.

05

The manager sees risk before it escalates

The AI Ticket Assistant on the personal dashboard surfaces what needs attention right now: SLA expiring soon, ticket blocked, assignee overloaded, waiting on a response for too long.

Managers stop asking 'what's still open?'. SLA risk is highlighted in amber before breach; breached tickets are flagged in red. No manual report needed.

06

Resolution is professional and traceable

The ticket is marked Resolved. The customer can view the full status history via a shareable public link — no account needed. The analytics dashboard updates automatically with resolution time and SLA compliance.

Your customer feels informed. Your team looks professional. Your manager sees the numbers. No one had to write a status email.

Live view

Your ticket queue — always clear, always current.

The Kanban board shows every open ticket, its assignee, priority, and SLA status at a glance. Drag tickets across columns as your team works through them.

Before & after

The same team. A completely different day.

Before Entiks

  • Requests buried across email threads, Slack messages, and chat
  • No clear owner — everyone assumes someone else is handling it
  • SLA deadlines tracked manually in spreadsheets, if at all
  • Manager asks for status — team stops to write an update
  • Customer calls asking for an update because no one reached out
  • No audit trail — impossible to explain what happened and when
  • Recurring tasks created manually every month, often forgotten

With Entiks

  • Every request is a structured ticket with a single owner
  • Assignee, priority, and SLA set during triage — visible to the whole team
  • SLA clock starts automatically — alerts before breach, not after
  • Manager opens the dashboard — no message, no interruption needed
  • Customer gets a shareable link — status visible in any browser, no login
  • Full comment and change history on every ticket, always
  • Recurring tickets auto-created on schedule — nothing forgotten
Inside a ticket

Everything you need to resolve an issue — in one place.

Every ticket carries the full context: who reported it, who owns it, what priority it is, how much SLA time remains, and a full comment thread.
